BIO

As the General Manager of Sodexho Campus Services at Missouri State University Shelly is responsible for the overall success of the entire operation. 
Shelly currently oversees three dining centers, three retail operations, Catering and Greenwood Lab School.  Shelly has been on the Missouri State campus for the past ten years as the Director of Operations and three years in the General Manager's position.

 

Shelly is a trained facilitator for Sodexho on the topics of Millennials and
Diversity having trained students and staff across the country

BIO

Since 2001, Tom Krause's reputation has continued to grow on the motivational speaking circuit. Tom currently presents for hundreds of clients nationwide and overseas. Standing ovations are the norm as audiences spontaneously react to Tom's inspiring performances.

Tom is the author of Touching Hearts-Teaching Greatness, A Teen's Guide to NOT Being Perfect, The Little Boy's Smile and a contributing author to many books in the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series.

Tom's published articles on leadership, business, and education in international and national publications such as The School Administrator, Global Study Magazine, Leading Today Magazine, Leadership Values, Academic Leadership Today and others have spread his leadership conferences including the International Lion's Club Leadership Conference, European Council of International Schools, National Speakers Association Convention, Future Business Leaders of America, Insurance Leaders Conference, National SADD, National TREND, Missouri Department of Secondary Education, Missouri State Teachers Association, U.S. District Attorney's Victim Conference, Central States/ Canada Regional 4H Leadership Conference. All these clients and many others have all labeled Tom's presentations as "Outstanding!"

This concluding keynote will inspire conference participants to take what they have learned and return to their campus inspired to be agents of change.

BIO

Glenn pace is an instructor for the Management Department and Management consultant for the Managmenet Development Institute at Missouris State University. Having been associated  with the University since 1977, Glenn currently teaches academic courses in Human Resources, Labor Relations and Opereations Management.
 
Glenn has developed comprehensive training programs for organizations affecting all levels of professional developmnet including orientation programs, performance management, effective inteviewing, employment law and supervision. He has a great depth of knowledge and unique ability to relate to all levels of employees within an organization ranging from a CEO manager or supervisor.

 

Glenn received a BS in Management from Missouris State, an MBA from the University, and has PH.D. hours at the University of Arkansas. During his MBA, he also completed a dual course of  study in Univerisyt of Missouri's School of Law

 

Glenn  has over 25 years in Human Resource Management, including 13 years with Zenith Electronics Corporation, two years as Director of Human Resources at antother manufacturer, and seven years as Director of Personnel for a public school systme.

 

Glenn has earned the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM).
