Tournament Information

Region 16 Tournament Seeding & Tiebreaker Procedures: 1) Record against Region 16 Division One Teams;  2) Head to Head Record against Region 16 Division One Teams; 3) Percentage Wins against all D-1 Schools on Schedule; 4) Overall Winning Percentage - All Games; and 5) Coin Toss.

Basketball Quarterfinal game is played at the #4 seed home site.  The #1, #2 and #3 seeds receive a bye in the quarterfinal games.

Semi-final and Championship games are played at the Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building located at the intersection of U. S. Highway 63 and Tenth Street in Rolla, Missouri.  Parking areas are located adjacent to and nearby the facility.

Tickets are $5.00 each.  Children ages six and under are admitted free.  There are no advance ticket sales because there will be ample seating for everyone.  All seating is open admission.  Gates open at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 7, and 6:00 PM on Saturday, March 8.

NJCAA Region 16 expresses special appreciation to the University of Missouri-Rolla and Mark Mullin, UMR Director of Athletics, for hosting the post-season basketball championship.

The Region 16 Champion will meet the Region 4 (Northern Illinois) Champion in the NJCAA Division 4 Championship game at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11, at the home site of the Region 16 Champion.  The winner advances to the NJCAA National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas.
