IMPORANT NOTE: When registering, you must indicate whether you will also attend the awards luncheon. There is no additional fee for the luncheon; however you must have a ticket to enter.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment for registrations must be paid by check, cash or purchase order. Payment in full and/or purchase order must be received before the beginning of the conference.
