Symposium

Saving the Past for the Future:
Archaeology and Preservation in Missouri


The 2008 symposium will be held Saturday, September 27, at Meramec State Park, Sullivan, Missouri. The theme will be "Ozarks Lithics." For more information about Meramec State Park, or to make hotel or cabin reservations, visit their website: http://www.meramecpark.com/index.html

Visitors are encouraged to make room reservations early as they are limited and book quickly.

Multiple presentations will be given by leading archaeologists. A list of speakers and topics will be posted soon. The symposium is free and open to the public at the convention center at Meramec State Park.
