Call for Student
Exhibits
Projects utilizing technology that are written and/or produced by students are appropriate for submission. Only original student creations or projects that have appropriate copyright permissions from original copyright holders will be accepted for exhibition. Projects might include videotaped documentaries, student-written tutorials, problem solving exercises/games, CD-ROM applications, video yearbooks, computer-assisted designs and/or drafting, computer programs, multimedia projects of other applications of technology. Applications will be evaluated according to originality in the use of technology and quality of the project exemplary for the age group being considered.
Student Exhibit Provisions – Each accepted exhibit will be provided a 6’ x 30” table with four chairs; Electricity will be provided (one plug-in with two outlets). Wireless internet access will also be available if your exhibit requires it. All other equipment and materials must be provided by student exhibitors. Transportation and lodging (if required) are the responsibility of the school.
A maximum of four students and two sponsors will be allowed per exhibit. Each exhibit must be attended at all times. Students and sponsors are expected to be in the student exhibit area from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM. Please provide 100 handouts for interested conference participants.
If you would like to be considered, please return a completed Student Exhibits application to the address of fax below by December 1, 2007. Sponsors will be notified by January 15, 2008. Please pass this form on to others who might be interested.
