General Information for Attendees
Conference Highlights - Highlight events include 20 preconference workshops, state-of-the-art technology exhibitions, exhibitor door prize drawings, student technology exhibits, and over 35 breakout sessions on a wide variety of educational technology topics. Lunch will be provided for Wednesday conference attendees.
Preconference Workshops - This year’s conference features 19 half-day and 1 full-day preconference sessions on March 6. Select one or two of these for in-depth views of technology applications. Maximum enrollments are established so register early for best selection. Please note: advanced registration for preconference sessions is required . Walk-ins will not be admitted. The early registration discount fee for 1/2 day sessions is $75. Registration fee for a full-day session is $150. Lunch is on your own and is not included in the fee. Morning preconference sessions are from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and afternoon preconference sessions are from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Confirmations will be mailed 7-10 days prior to Conference.
Moodle Sessions - The preconference Moodle sessions will be held at the Library Center in Springfield, 4653 S. Campbell. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own wireless laptop computers to this session. A limited number of computers will be available for those who cannot bring a laptop.
Conference Location - Missouri State University, 901 S. National, is the host facility. The University Plaza Hotel, 333 John Q. Hammons Parkway, is nearby. If you would like to make hotel reservations you may contact them directly at 417.864.7333.
